Essex (Blur, The Prodigy, Depeche Mode) has always been a vital sanctuary for some of the best British music, which is likewise the case for upstarts Nothing But Thieves, who bring a fresh sounding brand of alternative rock. This fivesome employs a dynamic, heavy melodic guitar sound with resounding riffs to boot. Not to mention frontman Conor Mason’s incredible vocal range, which often recalls a young Matt Bellamy.  Nothing But Thieves’s debut LP Ban All The Music will be released October 16th, and exactly a month later they will show their chops here at Rotown. Better be quick to get your tickets in advance and witness Nothing But Thieves in a smaller, more intimate venue, because this band is bound for greatness sooner rather than later.
